As you can plainly see by the letter dated 3 April, 2012 the ACLU and I concur on the expansion of rights to non-traditional journos in the courtroom. Moreoever, they will monitor the application of the new SJC 1:19 to make sure that the traditional practices of media courthouse video are protected under the First Amendment Rights to gather and to disseminate news. I am quite sure they are pleased with the First Amendment smackdown I achieved in March, 2012. Huzzah!
